Refund policy

Because our mixes are food products, we can't accept returns of opened bags.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@ilovemargaritas.com with photos and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Unopened cases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
