How many drinks does a case make?
Each case contains 4 × 4.4 lb bags. Each bag makes about 3 gallons of finished soft serve once it runs through the machine — roughly 72 servings at about ⅔ cup each. That works out to around 12 gallons, or about 288 servings, per case.
Do I need a special machine?
No — Soft Serve Margarita Mix™ works in any frozen drink machine. For the true soft serve texture and signature swirl, we recommend a soft serve machine.
Why can't I just use regular margarita mix?
Alcohol lowers the freezing point of the mixture, so ordinary mix won't hold a soft serve texture — it comes out runny and melts fast. Our proprietary formula is engineered to freeze to a creamy, consistent swirl with alcohol in the mix.
What do I add, and how do I mix it?
Tequila is the classic choice, but the formula works with the spirit of your choice. Per bag, add 5.5 liters of water and 1.5 liters of alcohol, whisk slowly for 2–3 minutes, then pour into your machine. Using Specialty Blends wine-based liquor? Adjust to 4 liters of water and 3 liters of SB wine-based product.
Does it work without alcohol?
Yes — it performs just as well as a virgin frozen treat. Same creamy texture, family-friendly.
What's it made of? Is it gluten-free?
Made with natural flavors, natural colors, and real cane sugar. Soft Serve Margarita Mix™ is non-dairy and gluten-free.
What's the shelf life and how do I store it?
Unopened bags keep for 2 years. Store at room temperature, away from heat.
Do you ship to my state?
Yes — the mix contains no alcohol, so it ships like any food product. We ship to all 50 states.
