How It Works
Soft serve margaritas, no guesswork. Each 4.4 lb bag makes approximately 2.5 gallons of finished product. Here's the process per bag:
Step 1: Add 5.5 liters of water to your mixing container.
Step 2: Add 1.5 liters of alcohol (tequila is the classic choice).
Step 3: Add the mix slowly while stirring with a whisk. Mix 2–3 minutes until well combined.
Step 4: Add the flavor packet last while stirring. Mix another 2–3 minutes until well combined.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into your soft serve or frozen drink machine and serve.
Using Specialty Blends wine-based liquor? Use 4 liters of water and 3 liters of SB wine-based product instead.
Good to know: The mix works in any frozen drink machine — for the true soft serve texture (the swirl everyone's posting), we recommend a soft serve machine. Each bag makes about 2.5 gallons (roughly 26 twelve-ounce servings); each case of 4 bags makes about 10 gallons (roughly 106 servings). Naturally flavored. Want it alcohol-free? The mix performs just as well as a virgin frozen treat — same creamy texture, no alcohol needed. Unopened bags keep for 2 years stored at room temperature, away from heat.
