Specialty Blends has been making premium drink mixes in Dripping Springs, Texas since 1998. For more than 25 years, our mixes have been built on one idea: real cocktails, real results.

When soft serve margaritas took over the internet, operators everywhere ran into the same wall — regular margarita mix simply doesn't work in a soft serve machine. Alcohol changes how the product freezes, and what should be a perfect swirl comes out a melted mess.

So we engineered the answer. Soft Serve Margarita Mix™ is the first commercially produced margarita mix designed specifically for soft serve and frozen drink machines. Our original proprietary formula holds a creamy, consistent texture with alcohol in the mix — just add alcohol and water.

Today we ship Classic Lime, Strawberry, and Mango to bars, restaurants, and frozen-drink fans across the country, all from the Texas Hill Country.
